Shipping & Returns

This is the policy that applies once ordering opens. Rates and delivery estimates for each region appear at checkout.

Shipping

Every order ships tracked. You receive the tracking link by email the day the parcel leaves the atelier.

Duties and taxes

Where duties or import taxes apply to your address, checkout shows them before you pay. There are no surprises at the door.

Returns

You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with its labels attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the piece arrives at the atelier. Statutory rights in your country remain untouched by this policy.

Exchanges

Size exchanges follow the same 14-day window and depend on availability. If the size you need is gone, the return stands and the refund applies.
